Abstract: |
Today, the increase in population around the world and the consequent need to provide more and better food sources has increased the use of pesticides. In addition to controlling pests, maintaining health, and increasing the production of agricultural products, the use of pesticides causes product and environmental pollution if misused. In the present study, molecularly imprinted polymer based on clay/graphene oxide/Fe3O4 magnetic composite (MIP-Clay/GO/Fe3O4@PDA) was used to detect Diazinon insecticide in tomato juice. The various analyses were used to check the structure and surface properties of MIP-Clay/GO/Fe3O4@PDA, which showed that this polymer is well synthesized and has a crystalline and multi-layered structure. The selectivity and binding sites of this polymer were investigated in the presence of three pesticides Deltamethrin, Pirimicarb, Chlorpyrifos for Diazinon pesticide. The results of selectivity and binding sites showed that MIP-Clay/GO/Fe3O4@PDA polymer has high affinity, high detection ability and specific selectivity (IF equal to 2.35) for Diazinon pesticide. In addition, the magnetic saturation value of the MIP-Clay/GO/Fe3O4@PDA polymer was reduced by placing it in tomato juice with a concentration of 10 ppm of Diazinon for 5 minutes. Therefore, these polymers can be used to detect pesticides in agricultural products. |
