Abstract:
Various studies have shown that about 50 to 60% of the causes of engine failure and its overhaul in cars due to the entry of Sio2 particles and ash, etc. through the aerator to the engine. Silica as silicon dioxide or silica (silica) is the main cause of their overhaul. Also, the most contamination observed in car engine oil analysis is related to silicon element (caused by SiO2 silica), in the case of sugar cane harvester 7000, it will be between 60 and 70% in tillage operations. For this reason, as well as due to the high cost of maintenance and repair of the engine, it is very important to take care of the engine ventilation system. The most important factor is the cost of component wear, which occurs due to the presence of solid particles, water and oil products in the system and cannot be removed with ordinary surface filters. Therefore, in such systems with high working sensitivity or devices with high repair costs, control of contaminants in the oil is very important, which can prevent the following: 1- Damage to the device, which Directly reduce costs. 2. A large amount of oil is reused, which will be very important economically and environmentally.
