Abstract
Failure to carry out the sugarcane harvest operation on time has a heavy cost for the sugarcane companies, which the harvest manager must manage in the shortest possible time. Harvesting operation parameters are the most important effective factors in increasing the performance of harvest groups, which can be effective in reducing harvest time. This research was conducted with the aim of qualitative and quantitative evaluation and comparison of sugarcane harvest groups in Karun Agro Industry Incorporation, Shushtar City, Khuzestan Province in July 1402.
Material and Methods: AHP process was used to evaluate the groups. EXCEL software was used to draw tables and graphs.
Results: In the evaluation of harvest groups, Armaghan Namaye Tawheed Group won the first place with 91.6 points and Jahan Sanat Dez Group (2) won the last place with 61.5 points. Armaghan Namaye Tawheed group was chosen as the model of harvest groups, but Jahan Sanat Dez group (2) was taken from the relevant contractor due to the lowest score and performance and was handed over to the new contractor.
