Abstract:
Lack of capital is known as one of the limitations of small farmers. Due to the fact that farmers do not have the ability to buy inputs and new technology such as machinery and irrigation systems due to lack of capital, they need another source in order to provide the necessary facilities for the change in technology for agriculture. Therefore, ways of financing in the agricultural sector are important. Capital input plays a significant role in increasing the production level of economic sectors, including the agricultural sector. In Iran, due to the existing limitations in the financial and capital markets, bank resources (facilities) are one of the important factors in equipping capital in the agricultural sector. In any situation, the development of the agricultural sector is a prerequisite for the economic development of the country, and until the obstacles to the development of this sector are not removed, other sectors will not achieve prosperity, growth and development, so the investment in this sector should be increased. The purpose of writing this research is to examine the effects of allocating bank facilities and financial credits to small-scale farmers on the development of agricultural-rural productions.
