Abstract:
due to the increasing need for electric energy in human life today on one hand and the problems of using traditional sources on the other hand, replacing the sources of this valuable energy is necessary and impossible. also, three categories of energy shortages, population growth and total energy use in all the affairs of the human society make the necessity of using renewable energy completely. one of the most important sources of renewable energy sources is solar energy that due to locating Iran on the solar belt has turned this country in terms of solar radiation with power and power to one of the most suitable areas for utilizing this energy. solar cells are electronic devices that convert sunlight directly into electrical energy. also, these cells have found much use today because of its advantages such as lack of fuel need. one of the most important problems in using solar cells is reducing heat transfer efficiency with increasing temperature. it should be noted that the main part of solar energy that is absorbed by the cell in the infrared region is absorbed by the cell and passes through it. in this review, we review the efficiency of solar panels.
