Abstract:
Every year, all over the world, many food items are thrown away for various reasons, such as lack of proper storage, lack of proper packaging, etc. Proper packaging should prevent the penetration of external factors such as bacteria, insects, molds, enzymes, parasites and humidity, heat, oxygen and sunlight. There are many solutions to preserve food all over the world, such as freezing food, using heat, drying, salting, canning, etc., but all these methods, such as freezing, cause the loss of the texture and taste of food, or drying them has a significant effect on changing the shape, taste, etc., and cannot be used for all foods, or salting makes food salty. Yogurt and bread plays the most important role in the food pyramid. But unfortunately, the bread we use becomes stale or moldy very quickly, in which case the only way is to throw it away and it cannot even be used to feed animals, etc., because it contains a very dangerous poison called mycotoxin, which can cause illness or even death.
