Abstract: |
In last decades we have seen a lot of progressives in instrumentation and technology of agriculture. Price of instrumentation is most principle part of price in agricultural jobs in mechanized production systems. Using computer simulation methods can lead to cut of time and price in physical and Practical experiments. So in this article CATIA V5 R21 is used to analysis of applying forces to wheel axle Shaft. When the tractor moves in a straight line, the crankshaft, pulley and idler gears all rotate as a set. When the tractor turns around, the movement of the inner wheel slows down; As a result, the idlers move slowly in contact with the plus gear Applied torque to Massey Ferguson 285 tractor wheel axle Shaft was studied using generative structural analysis module of CATIA. With respect to that wheel axle Shaft is often made of 4140 steel, so design of this wheel axle Shaft has good safety factor but reinforcement of spline can increase the safety factor. |
