Abstract:
Today, the lack of skill-oriented educational organizations and the lack of skills of the graduates of educational centers can be considered as one of the main threats to businesses and restrictions on the market, as a result, having skills is the main factor of career success and obtaining a suitable job position, especially for educated people. This article was conducted on a quantitative basis and based on the method of data collection, observation and interview, and the resulting data were analyzed descriptively and inferentially. The results of the analysis of different sub-sectors of the agricultural industry showed that the agricultural sector accounted for 36% of employment in Ardabil province, which is a significant figure compared to the country's average of 19%. Also, food sub-sectors account for 25.4 percent, machinery and equipment production for 19.1 percent, and wood products production for 18.4 percent of the province's industrial sector in terms of added value.
