Abstract:
The increase of population and the need for nutrients and other agricultural products have caused the role of mechanization in agriculture to become more colorful day by day and increase its importance. This paper has caused the attention of those in charge of affairs to be directed towards mechanization, and for this reason, several researches have been conducted to investigate the effectiveness of mechanization in different regions. The aim of this paper is to identify the factors affecting the development of agricultural mechanization in Boroujerd province and to prioritize them using AHP technique. The criteria that were defined as the mechanization evaluation of the region are the result of extraction from specialized sources as well as the opinions of related experts and specialists. After defining the criteria, a researcher-made questionnaire based on pairwise comparisons was designed and delivery to 10 experts of Jahad Keshavarzi office of Boroujerd province. Verbal judgment table was used in weighting the criteria by the participants. After combining the scores using the geometric mean method and extracting the results, it was found that in the studied area, the three parameters of useful life of the tractor and machine, technology match with the state of the area and timely provision of facilities were placed in the first to third categories respectively. The consistency rate of the hierarchical matrix was determined to be 0.062, which is an acceptable number. In this research, Python software and Spyder package were used for calculations.
