Abstract:
Preservation of food products, including garden products, is very important due to population growth and lack of food, and day by day the issue of preventing food waste and increasing their storage time due to the growth of exports and obtaining stable markets more visible. One of the ways to prevent excess product waste and increase its lifespan is to convert raw products into processed products, including dry products. The advantages of producing dry products such as snacks and snacks, in addition to having high nutritional value, are the small volume and space of these materials compared to primary raw materials, which can be used in many cases such as air travel, space travel and other occasions war used.
The purpose of this article is to show the possibility of using the audio transmission method to monitor food items subject to drying for the purposes of diagnosing degradation during drying. In such a system, the intensity of the drying conditions in the dryer is controlled based on the measurements related to stress in the sample. Using this monitoring method optimizes drying.
