Abstract:
With the advancement of technology, people are moving day by day towards passing human work and turning to mechanization. In this project, one of the methods of mechanization of the calibration part of the work row machine was investigated. There are different methods for planting seeds, one of these methods is planting with the help of row cultivators. In most countries, linear devices with manual calibration are used. The row seeder is a device for sowing seeds, with which the distance between the planted seeds is regular and precise. The row sowing device can plant any seed in a row. In planting by working rows, calibration of the working rows has always been the biggest concern. In this research, in order to change the calibration mode of the rowing machine from manual to electronic mode, a combination of space distributors and a stepper motor ST24 was used, and with the help of the stepper motor ST24 and its electronic command, the seed was transferred from the seed plate to the inside. The tube will fall more easily.
