Abstract:
The most important parameter for energy consumption of tractor is fuel consumption because of its performing to producing energy and useful work. This research is based on one of the most commonly used Implement in farming of Iran. In this study, important factors such as energy consumption, fuel consumption, drawbar force, drawbar power and specific energy factors were evaluated. More over the Qualitative parameters as uniformity of field level and efficiency of the farm system were studied by differents forward speed and depth of the plow in order to get useful results. The moldboard plow in two speed factors (3 and 5 km/h) and two tillage depth factors (10 and 20 cm) with three replications in a factorial design was tested. The results showed that by increasing of plowing depth, the parameters of drawbar force, drawbar power, Specific energy, fuel consumption increase, whereas the rate of forward speed at specific depth significant differences between no observation all cases cited there except the drawbar power at (sig 1%) . The uniformity of field level increases by increasing plowing depth, but efficiency of the farm system reduces.
