Abstract:
Regarding the daily increase in global energy consumption, a significant positive shift can be observed in solar energy demand and consumption. Natural features such as dust deposition and pollutant particles on these surfaces would prevent sun irradiation to get into solar panels. Aluminum zinc oxide-based transparent conductive Thin film has been investigated which was applied on the substrate via a dip-coating approach. This coating shows good self-cleaning functionality due to aluminum zinc oxide nanoparticles. In order to investigate the surface morphological properties, scanning electron microscopy has been used. To investigate the thermal resistance of this film, the coated substrate with produced film has been put into an oven and in order to investigate the transparency, a transmitting spectrum device has been utilized at this end. For understanding the mechanical durability of the film, a reciprocating abrasion test was devised, and also to find the electrical resistance of the coating an ohm meter was used.
